Welcome Windows 7, seventh heaven for Microsoft

By Erny Setyawati

Microsoft tries to make new innovation after launching Windows Vista, although
the innovation will launch in 2010, but few issues is heard through Internet.
The innovation of Windows 7 was created when Bill Gates retired from Microsoft
big company last June 30, 2008. Bill Gates will take responsibility in management,
not responsibility in operational. The retiring of Bill Gates as founder and
visionary leader is not right time when Microsoft is struggling to face a lot
of competitors.

Based on Microsoft commitment, Windows Vista must implement until 2010, although
the users complain about the product, because of needing much power to operate
it.

Windows 7 will finish in 2010 after trying and error, and expect more responsive
than Windows Vista. Through Internet information, we find many issues that we can make conclusion like below,

1.Windows 7 will give facilities as, report mechanism so that developer can
send their experiences, order and bug to Microsoft.

2.PC in Windows 7 will connect to workgroups and network when installation is
processing.

3.You will see interesting “Windows meeting Space” when you are
starting Menu, after installation process.

4.We can share document and folder with peer to peer on the net.

5.Users can share photo, music and file with others users after setting.

6.To use all services above, users must register without Windows Live ID.

7.Users can manage desktop, windows size, font and background desktop.

8.Users can use new facility “ Windows Health Center” Summary of
PC condition”

(update condition, access user account, and risks that will happen) Alarm will
active when Windows find the risks.

9.Easy recovery center, making easy restoration back up.

10. “Touchable Paint” Users can draw without mouse. With multi touch
function, users can play game and move file without mouse.

11. Software and driver have been running in Windows Vista, guarantee and must
be running in Windows 7.

The new system above will be finished by 2000 developers and planning to finish
in October. 2000 tester will try bug in Professional Developers Conference at
Los Angeles.

how to find niche market on the net

By Erny Setyawati

We face a new revolution now days. We can communicate with people world wide freely
by using Internet technology. The improvement of Information and telecommunication
technology makes people easy communication, doing business, selling, marketing
and social activities on the net. Marketing products and services not only using
traditional method, but people begin to think marketing on line. We can see,
millions websites are created every day and millions people use Google search
engine to find some think new. Now questions come to us, can we find niche market
easily on the net now days? Fact, find niche market on the net is not as easy
as, our imagine. We must penetrate millions websites, as walking in the forest
with blind, although search engine can help us. Selling on the net need efforts,
hard work, consistent and persistent.
People tend to be desperate and failed in business on line, because we do not know strategies.
We try to describe below,

1.Writing articles

Writing article is effective way to build contact list. Create specific articles that relate to your business so that people want to visit your site. You can submit your articles to hundred ezines on the net, because ezines are created by new subscribers every day.

Writing articles can improve your talent and image so that people will be trust to you. Finally they will buy your products.

service to write articles with low cost.

2. Create landing page

Landing page is quickest way to catch leads. Good design and interesting ad words, push people to write name and contact email on your landing page. You can place it on author biog when you submit articles on ezine. You can also place on Google Ads Word, but need considerations, because need big budget.

3. Promotion on Electronic Magazine

We could not count how many ezines have been created by publishers today. You can visit Directory of Ezine so that know ezine improment although it is not valid data. We must confess that ezine is important place to your business promotion.
There are many considerations to campaign your ad on ezine, beside ezine has specific subscribers and low cost. You only look for ezines that appropriate with your business. Generally Ezine offer Ad solo that place above, middle and below. Perhaps Bali Global Market is one of ezine that offer Special Grand Ad Solo.

How You Can Use a Blog to Wildly Accelerate

Your Online Success!

The fact is, blogs are no longer just online diaries of people's personal lives.
Both online and offline businesses can use blogs to take their products and
services to a wider audience -- increasing their traffic, leads, and sales.
Let's look more closely at a few of the extremely powerful ways your business can benefit
from a blog. With an effective business blog, you can...

HUMANIZE YOUR BUSINESS:

Because a blog is much more informal than other web sites, you can write posts in your
own voice and give your business more of a human face. This helps reassure prospective
customers that there is a "real person" behind the web site who will
take care of their needs. It also allows you to inject much more of your own
personality into your online business than your main sales site could do.

IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Your blog can act as a kind of interactive FAQ, allowing your customers to submit questions
and you to answer them. You can also provide product updates, "how-to"
articles, and other information of relevance to your customers. And prospective
customers who see your blog will be encouraged by your commitment to good customer
service!

GIVE YOUR TARGET MARKET THE INFORMATION THEY'RE LOOKING FOR:

With its automatic archiving feature -- by date and category -- a blog is a fantastic
content management system. It's easy for you to post new information on a regular
basis, and it's easy for your visitors to find the information they want. With
a well-written, regularly updated blog, you can become a reliable resource in
your industry, and build a following of loyal readers who depend on your content.
These people will be your best potential customers!

DRIVE TRAFFIC TO YOUR SALES WEB SITE:

If you already have a web site, a blog can give your traffic levels a real boost. For starters,
your blog will attract new visitors that you can then redirect to your main
sales web site through links and special offers. But an even MORE effective technique
is to use strategic keywords and links to specific sales pages to dramatically
improve the search engine rankings of both your blog AND your main web site.

BUILD YOUR CREDIBILITY AND ESTABLISH YOURSELF AS AN INDUSTRY EXPERT:

You can give your credibility a real boost by regularly posting valuable and relevant
information on your blog. It's a great way to establish yourself as an expert
in your subject area -- and allow your visitors to feel much more comfortable
buying from you.

PROMOTE YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES:

You can actually sell products directly from a blog using a service like PayPal, or
you can use your blog to mention new products and direct your visitors to your
sales web site.

GENERATE EXTRA INCOME:

There are now several advertising programs available, such as Google AdSense (http://www.google.com/adsense),
that allow you to monetize your blog and generate an extra revenue stream. There
are many small business owners who are using blogs to

benefit their businesses right now... with some spectacular results. We've come
across farmers, PR consultants, tailors,

CEOs, and many more who blog with great success...

Three Key Tips for Starting Your Own Highly Effective Business Blog

Excited yet? You should be -- blogging's not just a winning strategy, it's also a lot
of fun! I'm having a great time with my new blog, The Candid Internet Marketer
(http://blog.marketingtips.com).

Like anything, it takes some time and effort to build a successful blog. (In fact, I didn't
want to start a blog until I was sure I could devote enough time to keeping
it updated.)

However, the beauty of blogging is that you can easily incorporate it into your daily
schedule of tasks. You can even blog when you’re on the road -- which
I am frequently! But what does it take to become a really successful blogger?
1. GREAT CONTENT:

If your content isn't interesting and relevant to your target market, your blog
won’t work. It's as simple as that. You'll be surprised, however, how
easy it is to find things to write about if you really put your mind to it.
It could be news articles about your industry, product updates, interviews,
personal insights into topics of importance to your target audience...

2. REGULAR UPDATING:

I won't lie to you: there are some days when I really find it hard to find the
time to post a new article. But if I don’t post, no one will come back.
It's like subscribing to a daily newspaper but only getting a copy delivered
now and then! So post often and your audience will keep coming back. And regularly
adding fresh content to your blog also gives you a boost in the search engine
rankings.

3. YOUR OWN DISTINCT VOICE:

It's important that you write in your own voice. A blog is no place for formality
and corporate speak. It's more of a forum... a place where ideas can flourish
and topics of current interest can be debated. You don't even need to be a brilliant
writer... you

just need to be able to relate to your audience and give them good content.

FINAL THOUGHT

At the start of this newsletter, I said that you'd be able to get your blog up and running
within five minutes of finishing this newsletter. Well, that's how long it takes
to start a free blog using Blogger. If you don't believe me, give it a try!
Of course, starting a blog is the easy part. Turning your blog into a strategic
tool that drives traffic and sales to your online business is a completely different
matter.

If you'd like to learn how to drive traffic to your web site using a free blog, including
strategies like...

How to rank #1 in Google, Yahoo, and MSN -- for the keywords MOST searched by
your target audience!

How my team pushed a web page to a #2 ranking in Google for a highly competitive
keyphrase -- with less than 60 minutes' effort! (And why we saw traffic and
sales results in less than 14 days!)
How to use blogs to dramatically increase your web site traffic -- and add 1,000s
of EXTRA dollars to your bottom line!
Which 3 critical steps you MUST follow to catapult your web site to the TOP
of the search engine rankings -- for any keyword you choose!

How to attract 400% more repeat traffic than your static web page! Since blogs
take just seconds to update (from

ANYWHERE in the world), it's easy to draw visitors back again and again with
fresh news and postings!

Then I highly recommend checking out my brand-new video, "Blogging For Dollars"
at: http://www.marketingtips.com/trafficsecrets

.. where you'll get access to all my case studies and test results that I spent over
$79,583.28 compiling.

Building a truly effective blog that keeps people coming back again and again takes a
lot more than five minutes. So you need to know exactly how to make the most
of the benefits that make blogging an effective strategy for many businesses.

And you need to know NOW, because blogging is on the verge of becoming the hottest new
moneymaking business tool, and

one of the key success drivers with any new tool is to be the first in your
market to use it. Just like the Internet leveled the playing field for the little
guys to compete toe-to-toe with the large corporations -- and win... Just like
e-mail revolutionized

the way companies market to and communicate with their customers and subscribers...

... That's where blogging is right now.

It won't be long before this information spreads... becomes diluted... and you've lost
this unique "first-mover" advantage to cash in. So don't put this
off!

TOP 3 STEPS TO SUCCESS BUILDING THE RELATIONSHIPS

BY : ERNY SETYAWATI

Marketing is a broad business subject that encompasses a range of activities including
advertising, public relations, sales, promotions and building relationships.

Building relationships—often called networking—is a vital foundation
for the building of a strong business of any size. Start by building relationships
with other like-minded people and those with whom you share interests. The more
relationships you build with other people, the longer your lists of people are
who may buy from you or join your business venture.

Bruce DeYoung in "What's Relationship Marketing?" gives a definition
of this idea: relationship marketing is the process of attracting, maintaining,
and enhancing relationships with people. You must seek ways to gain a prospect's
trust and find ways to meet their needs. This concept has recently been discussed
frequently in the media. But it is not new. DeYoung wrote his article in 1988
and some of his references go back to 1983.

How are relationships built?

For starters, be helpful. Find some things your prospect wants and establish
ways to get these for them. Try doing something your prospect needs, or give
advice if desired. You will need to share information to accomplish this. Relationship
marketing cannot be selfish or self-centered. For success building the relationships.
There are Top 3 steps :

1. Successfully Using Discussion Board As A Marketing Tool.

For example, suppose your interests include cooking, swapping recipes, dinner
parties, or parties in general (also known as get-togethers of family and friends).
Look for sites with discussion boards on such topics and sign up. Then get yourself
involved in some of the topics that are on the board by adding to the topic
of discussion before ever trying to make a sale or a recruit out of anyone on
that particular board.

With all discussion boards, the owners will allow you to set up what is called
a signature file. This is a footer for all your posts with your name, a link
(or two) to your Websites that are relevant to the topic of the discussion board.
However, if the discussion board is a topic on cooking, don't put the links
to business opportunities directly into your signature. This could turn off
any potential clients that you may have and may violate discussion board rules
or etiquette. Instead, consider building a small specialty Website with relevant
products that would be of interest to those participating in the discussion
board. On that Website, you can include a link to your business opportunity.

Continuing with the example above, let's say you are in an opportunity that
sells a variety of products, and you have three items that are food or beverage
related.

2. Successfully writing article As A Marketing Tool.

Everyone says writing articles with resource blocks and having them published
in e-zines or websites is a good way to attract traffic and prospective customers.
Lot of marketer do this, and we know it works. There are also many who simply
refuse to distribute free articles, saying their writing efforts are too valuable
to give away. They are entitled to their opinions. But we know articles work.
we also know many of us do not have the international guru status many authors
believe they have. So free articles are the best way for us to get our message
out there. There are many paying opportunities for all kinds of writers. Many
marketers do this, too, and get some results.

What if you hate to write? Use other people's articles after becoming an affiliate
so you can sell their products. There are many e-books and other electronically
distributed items for sale. Most of the producers are avid article writers and
would be glad for you to use these with all the purchase links they put in them.
That's why you need to become their affiliate.

3. Successfully Using E-mail As Marketing Toll.

This is the whole principle that e-mail marketing pivots upon: create an e-mail
list, keep expanding it, and use it to bring customers back to your Website,
where you convince them that your product, your service, and your value are
outstanding. Your Website is where you will make the sale; the e-mail is what
will bring customers there. —Sheri Waldrop, Owner of Proscribe Writing
Service.

E-mail may bring customers, but before you can entice a visitor to your Website
to give you their e-mail address, you have to make your site a place they want
to visit—and stay. Using free offers to get the attention of your visitors
when they visit your Website is still one of the best ways to build a relationship
with that visitor and increase the chances that he or she will return.

Many people who are using the Internet are looking for information. Several
key ways to keep them as returning visitors.

Offer free downloads , Offering them premiums, give-aways, and downloads can
be a very cost effective part of your advertising budget. If you type "free
content," "free ebooks," or "free downloads" into your
Google or other search engine, you'll find thousands of things that you can
offer your Website visitors.

- To begin the process of turning these visitors from prospects into loyal customers,
you need to develop an effective follow-up system. The use of autoresponders
can be a very cost-effective way to follow up with those who have visited your
Website. Autoresponders can be programmed with messages that you will use to
close the deal on products that you are selling.

- By setting up an autoresponder form on your Website (available from your Website
hosting service, or search for "autoresponder form" via search engine),
your visitors can sign up for further information, newsletters, downloads, and
other free offers. This in turn will give you and your visitors the opportunity
for some interaction on your Website, thereby allowing you to build what is
called an opt-in subscribers list or also known as an e-mail list.

Newsletters delivered by autoresponder to the names on your opt-in list are
a great way to keep them informed with updated information about you, your services,
or your products. It is best to keep your newsletters to one page. Keeping them
short and precise, you will not lose the interest of your readers.

The best, and as yet by far the most productive, thing you can do for your subscriber
list is to research any new information and products for them so that they will
not have to. In today's age, most people are searching for quality information
and products in less time.

HOW
TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS ' INSIDE OUT ' ?

By
Marie - Claire Ross

It
is common knowledge that customers are the lifeblood of businesses. Let's face
it, if you don't have customers, you don't have a business.

Yet,
while most businesses say that the customer is an important part of their business,
their actions do not support their words.

Many
companies spend most of their marketing dollars trying to attract new customers,
leaving their existing, loyal customers fending for themselves. Did you know
it is five times more expensive to obtain a
new customer
than it is to satisfy your existing
customer?

Worse
still, some do not treat their customer complaints seriously enough.

To
run a successful business, you must have in-depth knowledge of who your core
customers are and their evolving wants and needs.

There
are several key areas that need to be evaluated, in order to understand your
customers.

What
Benefits are your Customers Buying?

Customers
do not purchase features or products, they purchase benefits. Consumers don't
buy laundry powder, they purchase goods that make their whites brighter, save
them time in the laundry and remove stains. Likewise, they don't purchase televisions,
but home entertainment boxes for family unity.

Similarly,
people rarely make purchases based on rational, logical thought. Instead, they
purchase products and services based on emotional reasons. Then, they rationalise
their emotional desires with logic.

Interpreting
buying behaviour can be complex due to the myriad of emotional and rational
factors that are used in the purchase decision process. It is important to unravel
this complexity in order to profit from it. You need to find out, from the customer's
point of view, what exactly it is they are buying. This will enable you to sell
the emotional benefits to your current and potential customers and produce innovative
products desired by your customers.

What
Types of People are Buying your Products/Service?

Some
crucial factors that affect purchasing behaviour are the personal characteristics
of the consumer. These are demographics (eg: age, gender, occupational status)
and psychographics (eg: preferred recreational activities, level of spending
on clothes).

By
combining both your demographics and psychographics, you will be able to accurately
define your target market. This can save you money on advertising in the long
run, as you will be able to precisely match the media audience characteristics
with your core customers

For
example, instead of just targeting females aged 25-39 years, you will need to
find the right promotional vehicle that matches your market of professional
females, 25-39 years of age, fashion-conscious, with a high disposable income.

When
do Your Customers Buy?

Buying
patterns are often closely related to a customer's lifecycle stage. Important
'rites of passage' occasions are moving out of the parental home, marriage or
change in employment.

By
understanding the different lifestyle factors that may affect your customer's
buying patterns, you will be able to target your customers through more appropriate
advertising (eg: Back to School).

How
Satisfied are your Customers after Purchase?

Research
has found that repeat and referral business typically account for 60-90% of
revenues. The value of loyal customers and word-of-mouth endorsements should
never be underestimated.

For
a customer to recommend your product and use you again, it is crucial that every
contact you have with your customer is satisfactory.

The
best way to find out your level of customer satisfaction is to ask them. If
you have a small client base, this is a relatively easy procedure, but if you
have a large customer base and different staff attending to their needs, a market
research study will need to be implemented.

How
do you conduct Customer Satisfaction Research?

There
are two ways - you can conduct the research in-house or you could commission
a market research agency.

Conducting
the research yourself is advisable if you have lots of time, you feel knowledgeable
and confident about questionnaire/research design and data analysis. Remember,
conducting market research is a lot harder than it looks. Therefore, you will
need to invest time and money reading books on how to conduct research.

If
you choose to commission a market research agency, there are several things
you can do to cut costs. Write a draft of your questionnaire and/or use a freelance
market research consultant or small agency who charge a more competitive fee.

All
in all, communication is the foundation of customer service. It is only through
listening to your customers that you can meet their needs and ensure your success.
